The Commercial Construction Laborer supports teams of lead, supervisor, and project manager. This individual will be responsible for assisting in construction installs, Store renovation along with site clean -up. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of general commercial construction duties and some understanding of safety on a job site. This role offers significant potential for advancement and the opportunity to shape the growth of our Construction division.

Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor and use of power tools
- Perform function according to company OSHA safety guidelines
- Assisting in daily construction requirements and meeting deadlines through directives
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Must be able to adhere to all safety requirements
- Must be able to work safely in all surroundings, with other team members
- Regular, timely, “attendance – predictable” is required for the position
- Ability to understand and follow directions with moderate supervision
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Able to pass drug test and background check
