Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable roofer with proven experience in both commercial low-slope roofing systems and residential shingle installations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
Duties
- Must be able to read a print and build a tapered roofing system as specified
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
- Perform residential roofing work, including asphalt shingle installation and repairs
- Identify roof issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Tear-off and replacement of roofing systems
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years roofing experience
- Hands-on experience with low-slope commercial roofing systems
- Experience with residential shingle roofing
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with roof coatings or restorations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and fall protection systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
