Key Responsibilities
Required
- Develop and deliver HR operational plans for assigned client groups in line with strategic HR and One HR imperatives
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers, advising on:
- Talent & Development
- Organizational Design
- Change Management
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Industrial Relations
- Drive implementation of corporate HR policies and practices to support employee and organizational development
- Lead/support organizational design and global change management projects
- Provide coaching to managers and employees to strengthen leadership and talent pipelines
- Partner with managers to activate employee survey action plans and sustain engagement
- Deliver annual HR processes (performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews)
- Apply data analytics to generate insights, solve business challenges, and inform strategy
- Contribute to communities of practice within the HRBP Agile Team and support cross-country/cross-functional projects
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5 years of HR management experience (HRBP or HR Consultant roles in a global organization preferred)
- Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes in dynamic, global environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage large projects and navigate ambiguity independently
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience with agile organizations or ways of working
- Previous HR leadership or consulting experience
