Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver HR operational plans for assigned client groups in line with strategic HR and One HR imperatives
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers, advising on:
    • Talent & Development
    • Organizational Design
    • Change Management
    • Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Industrial Relations
  • Drive implementation of corporate HR policies and practices to support employee and organizational development
  • Lead/support organizational design and global change management projects
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees to strengthen leadership and talent pipelines
  • Partner with managers to activate employee survey action plans and sustain engagement
  • Deliver annual HR processes (performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews)
  • Apply data analytics to generate insights, solve business challenges, and inform strategy
  • Contribute to communities of practice within the HRBP Agile Team and support cross-country/cross-functional projects
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of HR management experience (HRBP or HR Consultant roles in a global organization preferred)
  • Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes in dynamic, global environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage large projects and navigate ambiguity independently

Preferred

  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent)
  • Experience with agile organizations or ways of working
  • Previous HR leadership or consulting experience

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
