Snow Plow and Salt Spreading Operator

Are you reliable, mechanically inclined, and ready to tackle winter weather? Our Allentown, PA company is seeking a dedicated employee to handle snow plowing and salt spreading operations using our company-owned side-by-side vehicle (UTV). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and can respond quickly to snow and ice conditions 

.Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate company-provided side-by-side for efficient snow plowing on commercial and residential properties.
• Spread salt to prevent ice buildup, ensuring safe surfaces.
• Load and unload 50-pound bags of salt as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements: 

• Must reside within 10 miles of 6081 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, PA, for quick response times.
• Ability to lift and handle 50-pound bags of salt repeatedly.
• Prior experience with snow removal equipment or mechanical skills is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for flexible, on-call hours during winter weather events (typically evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed).

Compensation: 

• Competitive pay rate of $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience and mechanical ability.
• Opportunity for additional hours during peak snow seasons.
