Duties
- Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
- Review and maintain patient files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Perform clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and processing insurance verification with heavy computer skills
- Support the chiropractic team during patient treatments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Experience
- Previous experience in an office management role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
