Financial Inventory Staff Accountant

Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Financial Inventory Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term career potential with a values-driven, family-owned company.

This on-site role supports inventory-related accounting functions and works closely with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure accurate financial tracking, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and investigate variances
• Work closely with external vendors and internal production teams on inventory activity
• Batch and track precious metal materials
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including shipping paperwork, material forms, and bills of lading
• Manage external inventory processes, including arranging shipments and tracking inventory
• Support ad hoc finance tasks, including reconciliations, managing commodity credit lines, and wire transfers

• Have a minimum of 4 years of finance experience
• Have a strong understanding of Excel
