Position Overview
We currently have an immediate opening for a Logistics Specialist & Inventory Assistant. This position begins as an hourly, temporary role with the potential to become a permanent position.

The position typically requires 6–8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Candidates with a chemistry background or laboratory experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily logistics tasks including receiving, shipping, and recording package information in the system
• Prepare shipping labels for chemical products
• Maintain and organize the shipping area and shipping supplies
• Assist with daily packaging of chemical products
• Support chemical inventory organization and check-in processes
• Verify and track storage locations of chemical product bottles
• Update product location information in the inventory system
• Replace or update product labels when necessary
• Assist with preparing shipping documents and other related tasks

Most packages are small and are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Reliable and hardworking
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Most of our products are non-hazardous laboratory chemicals, and we will provide the necessary training for safe handling and procedures.

Compensation
Salary will be determined based on experience.
