As an integral part of our mission, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in our busy outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Position Overview:

As a Staff Physical Therapist at Advanced Care Physical Therapy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, injuries, and more. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to help patients regain strength, mobility, and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ musculoskeletal conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' function and mobility.
• Utilize clinic equipment such as Rogue power racks, sleds, leg presses, cable machines, and free weights to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Document and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical health.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment by being a team player and fostering communication with all clinic staff.
• Stay current on best practices and industry trends, contributing to the clinic’s growth-oriented culture by seeking continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (preferred) but new grads welcome to apply.
• Experience in a high-speed, high-volume orthopedic clinic is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering personalized care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
