Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $45/hour
- Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:
- Trach: $2/hour
- Vent: $3/hour
- Nights: $2/hour
- Weekends: $3/hour
- Holidays: $3/hour
- Weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization is required.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience required.
- Valid PPD skin test
Physical Requirements of the Role
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
