Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time & PRN | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time: $42–50/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $55–65/hour
Shift: Daytime hours
Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
- Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
- Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
- Use current equipment and modalities in our newly renovated therapy gym

What You'll Need
- Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
