Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health & Fertility (Full-Time, 4-Day Week)
Dr. Coussons Advanced Care for Women is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for gynecology, women’s health, and fertility to join our innovative gynecology surgical and IVF practice.
About Our Practice
Dr. Coussons Advanced Care for Women is a specialized women’s health and fertility practice providing individualized care in gynecology, advanced reproductive surgery, and infertility, including IVF and related treatments. We combine leading-edge technology with a highly personalized, 1:1 care model for patients from across Northeast and Northcentral Wisconsin and Upper Michagan. Our practice is independent and physician-owned, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient education, and thoughtful growth.
Position Overview
This is a full-time Nurse Practitioner role with a 4-day work week in a gynecology only practice. Daily patient mix is approximately 50% infertility care, 30% well woman exams, and 20% gynecologic surgery preoperative and postoperative visits. The NP will work closely with Dr. Coussons and the clinical team to deliver comprehensive, relationship-based care to women across the reproductive lifespan.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide infertility intakes and follow-up visits, including cycle monitoring, medication review, and patient counseling.
· Perform well woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and routine gynecology visits.
· Conduct preoperative and postoperative assessments for gynecologic surgery patients and participate in ongoing surgical care coordination.
· Order and interpret labs and imaging, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate directly with the physician on complex cases.
· Perform in-office procedures within scope (e.g., IUDs, EMBs, basic office gynecology procedures; additional procedures such as IUIs as training develops).
· Participate in a 1:3–1:4 weekend office call rotation (Fri-Sat-Sun) for in-office ultrasound and labs as part of IVF and infertility care.
· Provide high-quality patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and fertility pathways.
· Document thoroughly and efficiently in the EMR and support practice workflows that prioritize safety, quality, and access.

Schedule and Call
· Full-time, 4 days per week.
· 1:3–1:4 weekend office call rotation focused on in-office ultrasound and labs to support fertility cycles.

Growth and Ownership Opportunity
For the right candidate who demonstrates commitment, clinical excellence, and alignment with the practice’s mission, there is the opportunity to earn a pathway toward practice ownership/partnership over time. This is a rare role for a Nurse Practitioner seeking not only a rewarding clinical position but also long-term professional and ownership growth in a specialized fertility and gynecology practice.
