Job Overview 
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Day Custodian to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Day Custodian will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for visitors and staff. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including:
  • Vacuuming all carpeted areas
  • Sweeping and mopping all hard surfaced flooring 
  • Dusting all surfaces including office desks, counters, and windowsills
• Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash and waste from building according to established guidelines.
• Cleaning of bathroom toilets, floors, counters, sinks, and mirrors. 
• Monitoring and replenishing bathroom supplies as needed.
• Cleaning of building windows, both inside and outside. 
• Cleaning of breakrooms and kitchen, including microwaves, counters, tables, chairs, and floor surfaces. 
• Other tasks and projects to maintain the appearance, cleanliness and safety of the facility as requested by the customer and/or Advanced, Inc team. 
• Report any security, safety, supply, or building maintenance issues to supervisor. 

Qualifications

• 1-year previous maintenance, janitorial, or custodial experience.
• Utility experience is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.

Salary : $22
