Our Office is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone with prior customer service experience who thrives in a patient-focused environment.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
· Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence
· Review financial options, including in-office membership and third-party financing
· Submit pre-treatment estimates
· Effectively schedule patients to ensure productivity and patient flow
· Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
· Follow up on unscheduled treatment and past due recare.
Qualifications
· Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems and processes
· Willingness to help in other areas of the practice when necessary
