Summary of the Role
Lead and manage high-level, complex non-technical projects for a big biopharma leader. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, aligning scope, time, cost, and quality requirements with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more strategic, non-technical projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate resource allocation and guide all development lifecycle phases, including feasibility, requirements, analysis, ROI, business planning, design, testing, and implementation
- Lead and support workshops, preparing and synthesizing presentation materials
- Deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Direct activities of project team members and cross-functional groups
- Document project requirements and objectives, ensuring advancement per plan
- Effectively escalate and resolve project barriers
- Obtain and manage external resources as needed
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven expertise managing medium to large scale projects
- Excellent understanding of project management processes, procedures, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with project management and analysis methodologies
- Strong analytical and business process development skills, including change management
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartSheet
- Familiarity with systems for sharing and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-program resources
- Tech savvy mindset
