About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
- Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
- Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
- Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure
- Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using a data collection platform (Catalyst preferred)
- Competitive base salary up to $95,000 annually
- 28 billable hour work week ($75/hr for extra billable hours!)
