You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as support and reinforce the skills learned by our clients.

About the Role:

Service Areas:
- Cleveland, Beachwood, & surrounding areas including Parma, Garfield Heights, Akron, Lakewood
- Competitive pay up to $24/hour based on experience and certification
- Flexible scheduling options: full-time or part-time (15–40 hours/week) with flexible shifts
- Benefits for employees working 30 hours/week, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid RBT training – start working as a Behavior Technician while we cover the cost of your certification
- Mileage reimbursement with minimal travel—clients matched within a 15-mile radius

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
