We are a top notch well established Independent Automotive service Center that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Master Technician, also known as an A Tech or Lead Tech, Shop foreman to join our dynamic service team for a long term career. This role is perfect for an experienced auto technician who thrives on delivering top-tier automotive repairs and diagnostics. As a key leader in our shop, you will utilize your extensive mechanical knowledge and technical expertise to ensure vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your energetic approach and solid background in automotive repair will drive the success of our service department, making a real impact every day. Also seeking solid Experienced "B Technician.
Compensation
1*. “A” Tech / Lead / Master Tech and or Shop foreman Earn a weekly guarantee of $1600. To $1800 to be discussed in person and this is a starting Base guaranteed weekly pay. Plus additional performance base pay past the guaranteed minimum pay!! If there is a slow week it won’t affect your minimum guarantee pay!!*
2. Solid “B” or better Experienced Auto Technician. Starting Base Guaranteed pay Depending on experience and to be discussed and negotiated in person Start at $1300-$1500. Per week !! Plus ability to earn more on performance.

- 5 day work week

- Fully Equipped 8 bay shop Insulated roof with pass thru cross ventilation. Several fans and 2 porta cool fans to help keep the shop cool.
- Multiple diagnostic computer scanners, also access to Mitchell Prodemand, Alldata, Identifix with unlimited support tickets when needed.
- In House computer programming on most vehicles
- 2 wheel alignment machines and lifts with ADAS system also.
- Fully equipped with lab Scopes , 5 Gas analyzer , Up to date A/c Equipment etc.
Duties
- Be dependable and accountable Where honesty and integrity is rewarded.
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles both Foreign , Domestic, Light truck, and Asian Vehicles, including powertrain systems, transmissions, electrical systems, and Light diesel .
- Lead and mentor junior technicians.
- Assist and collaborate with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repairs and labor hours needed for accurate estimates with the service advisor.
- Follow established protocols . Advise for process improvements. We listen to your input / suggestions!!
- Have professional set of tools ( we have most specialty tools )
- Have a Valid Drivers License
- A.S.E certfications Great but not mandatory.
Skills
- Proven experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Knowledge of ADAS technology, schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems .
- Proficiency in diagnosing and reparing complex mechanical issues across various vehicle makes,.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
