We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Teardown & Reassembly Technician to join our growing shop. This position is responsible for properly disassembling damaged vehicles, organizing all parts and hardware, and reassembling vehicles after repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles for repair, including removing damaged parts and components
- Organize and label all parts, hardware, and fasteners for accurate reassembly
- Identify hidden or additional damage during teardown and report findings to estimators/management
- Reassemble vehicles after repairs, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and function
- Assist technicians as needed during the repair process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform basic mechanical tasks related to removal and installation of components
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto body teardown/reassembly, collision repair, or mechanical work required
- Strong understanding of vehicle components and repair processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stay organized and keep track of parts throughout the repair process
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic English communication required
