  • Monitor and analyze value stream performance using metrics such as throughput, lead time, work in process, inventory, schedule attainment, inventory turns, supplier forecast accuracy, finished goods strategic stock, and overall inventory health. Use these measures to identify trends, prioritize actions, and improve planning effectiveness.

  • Identify constraints and barriers to flow across the value stream and coordinate cross-functional actions to improve responsiveness, reduce disruption, and support stable execution. Implement and support visual management processes that provide visibility to risks, constraints, disruptions, and recovery priorities.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on flow, pull systems, lead time reduction, schedule reliability, inventory optimization, supplier integration, and capacity management. Support the development and implementation of sustainable improvements that strengthen planning and operational performance.

  • Facilitate structured problem-solving using Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, A3, Kata, root cause analysis, and standard work. Coach teams to identify barriers, solve problems proactively, and sustain improvements that enhance material flow and execution discipline.

  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Service, and Leadership to align priorities with execution and support achievement of customer and business requirements. Communicate performance, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities in a clear and actionable manner to drive accountability and results.
