Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking GroundskeepingMake-Ready Cleaner to support daily property upkeep and prepare vacant units for new residents. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and presentable property grounds.
- Pick up trash and empty common-area trash bins.
- Clean vacant units, including trash-outs, wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.
- Maintain breezeways, pool areas, and other common areas.
- Assist with basic property and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment.
Required Qualifications
- No prior maintenance or trade experience required.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
