Clerk to our well-trained and experienced staff. Advanced Assembly, Inc.

Clerk assists with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensures that all
orders are filled correctly, keeps track of inventory in the area,
assists with daily stocking levels, and assists with tracking the date
of delivery and all pertinent information involved in the process.

inventory records for incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for
shipment. Check and compare item details (counts, weights, measurements)
for incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify shipment information against
bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records, and track date of
delivery and all other pertinent information involved. Track delivery
dates and related shipment details. Performs other job-related duties as

QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Clean and valid driver\'s license preferred with reliable transportation
to and from work. Ability to read, speak and understand both verbal and
written instructions in the English language. Shipping experience with
UPS World ship and/or Fed Ex Manager is preferred. Preferred experience
operating a forklift and pallet jack. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) Is Required. Experience With Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) systems or the willingness to learn. Organized
self-starter with the ability to multitask. Ability to work
independently, as well as part of a team. Ability to follow established
product handling procedures while complying with safety and
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) guidelines. Able to coordinate with the
Sales team to maintain on-schedule daily shipments. Professional
