JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), located in University
Research Park on the west side of Madison, is looking to add an
Automation Technician I to our well-trained and experienced staff.
Advanced Assembly, Inc. is an electronics manufacturing services

This full-time position offers a second shift schedule of Monday -
Thursday, 2:45 PM - 12:45 AM, a competitive starting wage and a full

running, maintaining, and fine-tuning programs for all equipment used in
related machines used for circuit board assembly in the assigned area.
Primarily, this is an entry-level Technician position. Essential
Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable

Assist other Technicians in unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and

ensure they are being followed. Provide general assistance to the
workflow in the department as required. Work on the line to fill in for
Machine Operators, as needed. Perform other job-related duties as

back together. Knowledge of Printed Circuit board automation is a plus.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability
to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones. Good verbal and
written skills to communicate well in a diverse team environment.
