The Role
Title: President of Americas
Location: Houston, Texas, USA
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
We are seeking a Strategic Leader to drive AAT's continued growth as a competitive market leader across the Americas. As President of Americas, you will accelerate strategic expansion, execute global strategy locally, and elevate AAT USA from its established foundation into a scaled, dominant industry leader recognized for technical and operational excellence.
You'll combine commercial acumen with technical depth to expand our footprint in design, acrylic fabrication, LSS systems, FRP tanks, waterproofing, and theming. Beyond financial growth, you'll serve as the bridge between local market intelligence and global strategy, ensuring AAT's initiatives succeed in every regional context.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop growth strategies for AAT USA while maintaining alignment with global objectives and "One AAT" culture
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth across service lines and identify new commercial opportunities in target sectors
- Operational Excellence: Oversee project delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to AAT's global standards
- Financial Management: Deliver Americas-specific KPIs, profitability targets, and financial compliance
- Team & Culture: Build and develop a high-performing, globally connected team that reflects AAT values
- Stakeholder Relations: Represent AAT as a senior leader with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with U.S. regulations, occupational health & safety, and AAT's global frameworks
- Technical Leadership: Leverage expertise in acrylic engineering, fabrication, and aquatic systems to strengthen global technical capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or specialized technical industries
- Proven track record in scaling operations and driving sustainable business growth
- Strong expertise in project management, operational excellence, and P&L responsibility
- Commercial and strategic planning experience in multi-regional or international environments
- Deep technical knowledge of aquatic systems, acrylic fabrication, or related engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams across diverse geographies
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with compliance, governance, and risk management
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent organizations at executive/industry level
- Experience in matrix-based organizational structures and cross-functional collaboration
- Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to commence employment within 4–6 weeks
