We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing general practice and urgent care clinic located in Fort Collins, CO.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, love to interact with people and their animals, will be able to multi-task like a pro, manage incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line phone system, coordinate admission and discharge of patients and be able to time manage effectively. This person also must have the ability to remain calm during medical crisis situations, be able to assist clients during moments of emotional distress, will be able to quickly learn and operate veterinary specific software for scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining medical records (paying close attention to details). Lastly, a strong candidate will have interpersonal communication strength and the ability to thrive during a busy work day. Pay: $15.16-$17.00 per hour dependent on experience
