QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER OR SERVICE TECH
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience as an InstallationorService Technician
- Knowledge of industry safety and compliance practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Can pass a background check
- Can be a leader
- Can perform the physical requirements of the position
