A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, you are vital to our home services business. In our fast-paced customer-centric environment, you help our customers through the phone or in person. Making sure our customers have 5-star service experience, you promptly answer questions and handle any issues or concerns. You even have opportunities to offer our services and earn spiffs.
