AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator. As a Staffing Coordinator for our Home Care Division, you will play a crucial role in the staffing of caregivers. We are looking for an independent, self-starting, and reliable individual that possesses a high level of energy coupled with great attention to detail. This is an entry-level position, there will be on-the-job training. Duties include onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, and more.

To Qualify For This Position You Must Live In Tennessee.

This is a hybrid work from home position. You will need to have a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse to use with our company-issued laptop. (If you are coming to the office to pick up your equipment, we can loan you the monitors, keyboard, and mouse as well). You must have high-speed internet.

Duties:

  • Assists in the hiring process by ensuring candidates complete the pre-employment screens
  • Administer pre-employment testing and background screening requests
  • Orienting new employees to the organization
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Ensuring background and reference checks
  • Assists in maintaining confidential human resources records.
  • Ensures compliance with various self-audits
  • Files documents in personnel and accounting
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and as needed.

  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of office computer applications
  • Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others.
  • Must possess a high level of skill in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions above
