The QBA will support the development and ongoing oversight of ABA programming while working closely with behavior technicians, caregivers, and supervising clinicians. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans with fidelity, supporting staff performance, and contributing to data-driven clinical decision-making in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
The QBA will:
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments and client needs
- Support the implementation and refinement of behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Conduct and interpret behavioral observations and structured assessments as directed
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Support caregiver training sessions to help families reinforce skill development at home
- Collect, review, and summarize behavioral data to track client progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training opportunities
- Stay current on applied behavior analysis practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- QBA certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
- 1 years of experience working with children with autism preferred
- No disciplinary actions on license or certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for ABA and helping children succeed
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually - Full Time
