As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help children with autism reach important goals – while staying engaged, playful, and active.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Track progress through accurate session data and notes
- Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
- Stay physically active during sessions – sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
- We provide paid onboarding training
- 40-hour RBT course included
- You'll be mentored and supervised every step of the way
- No RBT certification yet? No problem – we'll help you get there!
- Passion for working with children and helping others grow
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We'll support your path to certification
- Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
- Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
- 15–25 hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
- Hourly Pay Range: $22–$26/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification)
