Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with clients with ASD and related disabilities, providing evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Implement and maintain behavioral treatment plans, in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data to track client progress and program effectiveness
- Communicate regularly with clients' families and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality services and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred
- 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or similar settings; willingness to learn and grow with our team!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Competitive salary range: $21 - $25 BI_WEEKLY
