Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement client treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and services provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in ABA, psychology, or a related field preferred
- 0 years of experience in ABA or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain any required certifications or licenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Competitive salary ranging from $23 - $29 Hourly
