Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
- Track client progress and maintain accurate data
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clients
- Adapt sessions based on client needs and BCBA feedback
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability
- Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
- Reliable transportation
- Driver’s License (required)
- Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
- Monday to Friday, after-school hours
- Expected hours: 15–25 per week
- Willingness to travel: 100%
