Job Summary:
Advanceable ABA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Bristow, VA. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team members can grow professionally and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their supervision
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless treatment
Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company protocols
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and therapy sessions
Requirements:
1 years of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work part-time (hours to be discussed during interview)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Compassion and empathy for individuals with autism and their families
