Direct Support Professional-Lead
Location: Brookings, SD
Hours: Wednesday-Friday 3p-9p; every other Saturday and Sunday 9a-9p; plus 6 flex hours per week to complete Lead duties

What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll be the friendly, dependable presence in someone’s daily life. Your support helps individuals with disabilities thrive at home and in their communities.
You will:
- Support daily living needs: personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication, and wellness.
- Help individuals meet personal goals and live independently.
- Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
- Provide safe transportation and follow care plans.
- Be a strong advocate, teammate, and role model.

What You Need to Succeed
We keep it simple. To qualify, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. (This is not needed for Overnight positions)
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A caring attitude and the willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest.
