Advance Window Tinting is growing and looking for a highly skilled, experienced Window Tint Technician to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a technician who can confidently install automotive tint (standard & ceramic), handle residential and commercial flat glass projects, produce clean edge work, and maintain professional standards with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate has proven experience, can hand-cut and/or plotter cut film, understands contamination control, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and takes pride in delivering top-tier results. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, your own professional tools, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and consistency are non-negotiable.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based and competitive, typically equivalent to $22–$30 per hour depending on experience and production.
