Our team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes and a positive experience for our patients and their families.ResponsibilitiesAdult, Male, Brain Injury (Gun Shot), Trach & Vent, Quad, Seizures Shift: Wed-Friday 7-5pProvide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nursesAdminister medications and treatments according to prescribed ordersMonitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progressMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentationAssist with examinations, procedures, and patient educationSupport patients and families by addressing concerns and explaining care plansEnsure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environmentUphold all infection control, safety, and quality standardsQualificationsCurrent Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of CaliforniaCurrent BLS/CPR certification (required)1 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skillsCompassionate, patient-focused, and team-orientedBenefits Advance Specialty Care North, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
