We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects. This role is central to ensuring seamless communication between clients, field crews, vendors, and insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration or construction industry, and having experience reviewing Xactimate would be beneficial.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the internal management of water mitigation and construction projects
- Communicate daily with all clients, technicians, and insurance adjusters
- Review and interpret Xactimate estimates
- Take incoming emergency calls and send out contracts to clients
- Ability to learn new computer software programs
- Ability to order supplies from vendors and tracking progress
- Oversee the scheduling and production of mitigation work
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM software
- Ensure compliance with client and insurance program requirements
- Assist with other departments as needed or assigned
Position Requirements:
- 1 year(s) in the restoration industry environment
- 1 year(s) experience in office administration or coordination
- Working knowledge of Xactimate
- Write Xactimate estimates
- Strong customer service, intake, and scheduling background
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Excellent time management/ability to work on one’s own
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to learn new software tool
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.36 - $30.23 per hour
