Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.
- Assist physical therapists with patient care, ensuring patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their sessions.
- Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Maintain and prepare therapy equipment, ensuring it is sanitized and ready for use.
- Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the physical therapist.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
