This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carson, CA, for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the operations and development of programs providing vital services to clients. Responsibilities include program planning and execution, staff supervision, budget management, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to create an environment that promotes client success and professional development of the team.
