As an MCA Broker, you will work directly with business owners seeking working capital and growth financing solutions. You'll leverage your sales expertise to build relationships, structure funding opportunities, and help merchants secure the capital they need to grow their businesses.
Duties
- Speak directly with business owners seeking working capital and growth financing
- Analyze merchant needs and identify appropriate funding solutions
- Structure and close Merchant Cash Advance transactions
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Maintain relationships with clients for renewals and repeat funding opportunities
- Work closely with underwriting and funding partners to maximize approvals
- Utilize CRM systems to track activity, follow-ups, and submissions
- Meet and exceed monthly funding goals
- Develop long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Merchant Cash Advance experience required
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Commitment to professional growth and long-term success
- Phone sales experience preferred
