Excellent compensation & benefits with solid training and support for a position as the manager of one of our well maintained and managed self-storage properties.
Our ideal candidate will take ownership of the overall operational management of this well occupied property, working in conjunction with a hands-on management company.
Wage:
• Competitive Wage of $57,000 annually DOE
Other Compensation:
• $1,200 signing bonus: $400 paid after 15 days of work, $400 paid after 45 days of work, and $400 paid after 105 days of work
• Monthly mileage and phone stipend
• Other employee performance based monetary incentives: $0-$375 per month performance, delinquent and record income bonuses, plus monthly rental bonus for one month per quarter of $10 per unit rented
• Years of service bonuses
• $50 gas card after completion of training

Essential Job Functions:
• Office and customer service experience
• Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Fine motor functions, use of keyboard for extended periods of time
• Walking extended distances - up to 200 yards at a time
• Navigating multiple surfaces: indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and weather conditions
• Bending, pulling, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and above head work
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the law
