Your Role

As a BCBA at Advance Kids, you will:

• Supervise and support RBTs, providing feedback and coaching
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs
• Conduct parent/caregiver training to support skill generalization
• Collaborate with schools, insurance providers, and other professionals
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Lead monthly parent meetings
• Assist with center operations (opening/closing, recess/lunch support)

Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or education
• Passionate about helping children and families
• Values mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance
