Your Role
As a BCBA at Advance Kids, you will:
- Supervise and support RBTs, providing feedback and coaching
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Conduct parent/caregiver training to support skill generalization
- Collaborate with schools, insurance providers, and other professionals
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Lead monthly parent meetings
- Assist with center operations (opening/closing, recess/lunch support)
Who We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or education
- Passionate about helping children and families
- Values mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance
