What You’ll Do- Run point on service, maintenance, and repair for commercial systems up to 50 tons.
- Pinpoint refrigeration-cycle faults; repair TXVs; service large compressors and motors.
- Restore performance in VAVs and economizers to optimize airflow and energy use.
- Maintain and repair hydronic pumps and related components.
- Diagnose and replace evaporator and condenser coils.
- Resolve advanced electrical and controls issues safely and efficiently.
- Interpret intricate electrical/mechanical schematics to guide repairs.
- Mentor Level 1 & Level 2 technicians through hands-on training and coaching.
- Uncompromising safety, quality workmanship, and delighted customers.
- Timely completion of service aligned with AIM policies and industry regulations.
- Clear, confident explanations of findings and solutions.

- 3 years of experience with large commercial/industrial HVAC systems
- Clean driving record; able to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to pass fit-for-duty evaluations for contract requirements
- Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening and maintain random drug screening per company policy
- Strong knowledge of large compressors, motors, economizers, and VAV systems
- Self-starter who manages service calls with minimal oversight
- Comfort lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and manuals
- Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Professional communicator with customers and teammates
- Experience mentoring Level 1 & Level 2 technicians
