Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Director to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and goals that align with our mission and vision.
  • Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding organizational reach.
  • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Provide senior leadership support by mentoring managers, facilitating effective communication across teams, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize organizational benefits while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting processes, and operational planning to ensure sustainable growth and organizational stability.
  • Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and community events to promote our mission and expand networks.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of successfully overseeing large teams or complex operations.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Solid background in operations management with a focus on efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities including effective communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous. Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
