This is a non-medical role designed for someone who is as good at listening as they are at helping. Whether you’re assisting a senior with their morning routine or helping a neighbor recover from an illness, your role as a Care Partner is to ensure they live safely, comfortably, and with a smile.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Care Partner, you are the "right hand" to our clients.
Your days will involve:
Personal Support: Providing a dignified helping hand with bathing, dressing, and grooming. ( When Needed)
Home & Heart: Creating a warm environment through light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.
Nutrition & Joy: Planning and preparing delicious, healthy meals that fit our clients' unique tastes.
Safety & Movement: Assisting with mobility, to keep everyone moving safely.
Reliable Reminders: Ensuring peace of mind with medication reminders and keeping a watchful eye on their daily well-being.
True Companionship: Being more than just a visitor. You’re a partner in social activities, hobbies, and conversation.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Heart: You have a background in home care, assisted living, or supporting those with memory care and disability.
Physical Capability: You are comfortable with mobility assistance.
Professional Integrity: You understand the importance of HIPAA, privacy, and following a personalized care plan.
A Helpful Spirit: You don't just see a "task list”, you see a person who deserves your best.
