Role Description
This is a remote role for a Claims Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing insurance claims, analyzing case information, and ensuring efficient claims resolution. The Claims Manager will develop processes for handling claims, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additional tasks include evaluating claims data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the continuous improvement of claims management processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate, interpret, and resolve claims effectively
- Experience with Insurance and expertise in handling Insurance Claims
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the insurance or engineering industry is a plus
