Advance-Esthetic, a leading distributor of professional spa and medical aesthetic equipment, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Aesthetic Laser and Esthetic Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Carlsbad, San Diego.
In this role, you’ll manage direct sales of high-end aesthetic and spa equipment, with a strong focus on laser technologies. You’ll educate clients, conduct product demonstrations, and represent the brand at trade shows and professional events across the U.S.
The ideal candidate is an expert in aesthetic laser systems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping medspas, estheticians, and beauty professionals grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships within the aesthetic, medical spa, and beauty industries.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations (in-person and virtual).
- Provide detailed training on laser systems, including safety, applications, and treatment protocols.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Process orders accurately and maintain detailed client records in CRM (Zoho experience a plus).
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and training sessions (domestic travel required).
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Stay adaptable to system updates and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Other duties are required by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic laser or esthetic equipment sales (B2B or B2C).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Proven track record using CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience with trade show sales and event participation.
- Professional presentation and consultative sales approach.
- Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and client visits.
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude toward new systems and procedures.
