Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!
ROLE:
Treatment Coordinator
THE PARTICULARS:
- Monthly bonuses

- Open Dental experience is a plus
- Monday 8-5, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-4
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Treatment Coordinator your main responsibility will be patient care.
- Ensure that the treatment prescribed by the Doctor is fulfilled by the patient according to its urgency
- Help patients gain a better understanding of their treatment plan and explain any necessary steps it takes to complete
- Create clear financial arrangements using patient's dental benefits
- Ensure the completion of treatment plans with a good follow through
- Ensure patients questions or concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
- Some duties may include providing administrative support to the practice include:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years of dental experience with clinical knowledge
- strong communication and listening skills
- attention to detail
- ability to multitask and problem solve
- good math skill
- proficient in Open Dental
