Maintenance Technician
Description:
Seeking Full-time Maintenance Technician to service properties (luxury condos, resorts, hotels, and apartments) and meet with customers to ensure customer odor control systems are operating efficiently. Candidate will be working on and maintaining odor control systems and repairing chute doors.
Advance Chutes will provide a company work vehicle.
Opportunities for advancement and pay incentives.
Advance Chutes will provide on the job training.
Candidate duties to include, but not limited to the following:
· Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Area Manager.
· Be timely and reliable with work schedule.
· Comply with company vehicle policies and procedures.
· Weekly work vehicle inspection reports.
· Use basic tools knowledgeably (specific training will be provided).
· Be drug and alcohol free.
· Have a valid driver’s license.
· Legally able to work in the U.S. (valid Social Security card)
· Display professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
· Basic trouble shooting and maintenance on chute doors.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Mechanically inclined, maintenance background preferred.
· Able to lift 50 pounds & walk up and down stairs.
· Basic knowledge of tools, personal set of tools required.
· Able to work independently.
· Self-Motivated, willing to learn with a good attitude.
· Must have a clean criminal record.
· Experienced electrician preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
· Starting hourly pay: $28.00
