This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively at the front desk, and assist when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our medical office, ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day activities.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries at the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the front desk and reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
